Erik Marcus, a leading expert on animal agribusiness, will chart the recent decline of the meat and dairy industries and the startling increase in the popularity of plant-centered diets. He'll then take you through the steps necessary to easily and healthfully cut animal products from your diet.

 

Erik Marcus has a master's degree from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree from UC Santa Cruz. He's the author of four popular books related to vegetarianism and animal agribusiness. Mr. Marcus publishes vegan.com, one of the most popular vegetarian-oriented websites.
