• BE PREPARED: The safety of you and your loved ones is important during a
hurricane, tsunami or other natural disaster. We do not control these forces of
nature but we can control how well prepared we are to handle emergency
situations like these.  Flyers will be passed out at the meeting.

MEET THE NEW OWNERS OF PIIHOLO SOUTH: They are gathering information
as to what the community wants to see on the property, as well as discuss some of
their ideas. This is an opportunity to have constructive dialogue on an upcoming
development in our community.

TELL YOUR POOCH: There is a dog park coming to Makawao! Debra Jordan, the
Maui weekly editor, will provide an update.

LET’S TAKE A WALK: There are problem areas of Makawao that need to be fixed.
We want to take the 4 at the top of the list, set up a calendar and walk one at a
time - with county officials – taking the time to focus and constructively discuss
possible solutions. Sign-up calendar will be available at the meeting.
