EVENT DESCRIPTION [ Pageviews: 149 ]
Day of Caring with Habitat for Humanity Maui
Join us and Volunteers from Monsanto install a dust fence for our new condo property for 16 families. Or join us at the ReStore to unload, sort, price and sell new and nearly new building materials. Let's keep reuseable items from entering the landfill.
The Day of Caring was established in 1992 by the United Way-Thomas Jefferson Area to promote the spirit and value of volunteerism, increase the awareness of local human service agencies and schools, and demonstrate what people working together for the community's good can accomplish.
