Beginning Jewelry Art Class
Beginning Jewelry at Hui No‘eau Visual Arts Center teaches fundamental fabrication techniques using wire and sheet metals. Students will cut, drill, and pierce metal, learn various soldering techniques, and bezel set a stone. Projects may include pendants, bracelets, earrings, and/or rings. This class is highly recommended before any other jewelry classes are taken. While this class provides students with a great foundation to create any jewelry design, shell jewelry will not be addressed. Copper and brass sheet metal and wire are included in the supply fee and sterling silver will be available for purchase.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
