National Walk to School Day
We are celebrating early by walking to Wailuku Elementary School this Wednesday, September 26. We'll be gathering in the (mauka) Kehalani subdivision at 7:00 a.m. and will leave promptly at 7:15. (See attached flyer with map). Mayor will be there offering opening remarks and leading the walk. Councilmember Mike Victorino is expected to attend, and Public Works Director David Goode has also RSVPd his attendance! And, FYI we will not be walking anywhere near the highway!
