iThese easy to understand entrepreneurial options will be presented with a simple set of steps to positively
resolve several moving parts of your plan which will leave you toward greater prosperity. Reduce conflicts and
eliminate future issues with your colleagues and the business and domestic platforms in your life.
iThis is not a seminar on tax reform. Certainly, as part of our overall program, we will discuss a "simple toolbox
of tax saving tools" which may reduce your tax liability, but much more important, you can use this "toolbox"
to work together with your colleagues to co-ordinate your efforts resolving conflict through tax savings and
iThere are three ways to pay taxes: Now, Later and Never.
(Most of our colleagues and "alumni" prefer the never part).

Dr. Larner, a highly gifted mediator holds an LL.M in
