Kulolo Workshop with Namea Hoshino
Kulolo is a Hawaiian dessert staple made from freshly steamed kalo (taro), coconut milk, sugar, and little else. MNBG Kalo Varieties Manager, Namea Hoshino, will teach participants to make kulolo using three different kalo varieties! Cost: $50, or $25 for current garden members.
