Healing Movement for energy and health for CANCER patients and survivors
Using Dragon & Tiger, an ancient self-healing system based on Chi Gung, this movement series releases stress, lessons pain and illness, and increases energy for cancer recovery and prevention.
Instructor Kurt Miyajima is a certified Tai Chi Chaun, Chi Gung, and Taoist Longevity Breathing Instructor with over 30 years experience.
