Weekly Tai Chi Classes
Bob Carter will offer an open and ongoing beginning Tai Chi class, teaching two of its components: Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan.
Both aspects of Tai Chi nourish the body, mind and Spirit. Participants will also learn how to feel and move chi energy throughout their body. Tai Chi is meditation in motion, graceful in movement, slow in tempo, and fluid in natural postures.
