Belly Dance Conditioning Class

Belly Dance Conditioning Thursday 9:00am-10:00 am This class focuses on strength, flexibility and muscle control as a solid foundation for dance. Sweat, stretch, and strengthen the muscles you need for snappy hips and fluid movements. This class is a perfect accompaniment for Beginner Belly Dance Fusion, as a support for the more experienced Belly Dancer, or as a fun, stand alone workout. Afterglow Yoga is a membership based studio that is dedicated to bringing quality movement classes at an affordable rate. Drop ins are $17 and there are several options to make it even more affordable! Monthly membership is only $60 and means you can take any and all classes you want in the studio including yoga, heated yoga, barre, and dance classes.
