Maui Nui Botanical Garden's 'Weed & Pot Club' Meeting

MNBG's volunteer group, the Weed & Pot Club meets every Wednesday morning to help beautify & maintain the Garden. Activities vary, but generally involve weeding, raking, trimming, or transplanting nursery plants, plus preparing for special events (Earth Day, Arbor Day, & plant sales). Workshops are also presented several times a year as a mahalo to our volunteers. Tools, gloves & drinking water are provided, bring sunscreen & wear tennis shoes. Come help us beautify the Gardens! This is an Ongoing Event occurring on Wednesday of every week.

The mission of the Maui Nui Botanical Gardens is to foster an appreciation and understanding of the living Hawaiian islands of today, emphasizing the plants of Maui Nui (Maui, Moloka'i, Lana'i and Kaho'olawe), and providing a center for environmental education, Hawaiian cultural expression, conservation, biological study, and recreation.
