University of Hawaii Economic Research Organization Executive Director, Dr Carl Bonham and John De Fries, the President and CEO of Hawaii Tourism Authority, are the featured guests in Maui Chamber of Commerce's next radio show. Pamela Tumpap will be interviewing these experts about how Maui business practices and tourism attitudes among residents have changed over the course of the pandemic. The "Business Matters" radio show airs on Tuesday, October 19th at 7:05am broadcast on KAOI 1110AM with a rebroadcast happening Friday, October 22nd at noon.
Dr Bonham will share the statewide results for the COVID-19 mitigation business survey, discuss how the Delta Variant has significantly changed things, reveal the impacts on economic and visitor industry recovery, and give advice on how businesses can best prepare in 2022.
