Todd is the Host, Writer, Director and Co-Producer of "Permanent Comedy", Professional Comedian, Focused Father, Immature Uncle, Amature Waterman. Armstrong's newest show is called Jury Duty and it's part of Helium Comedy Club's line-up of locally produced Wednesday night shows. It's a unique blend of comedy and parliamentary-style debate. He's a wealth of sage advice, pertaining both to life and comedy, and he's also more than happy to help out by hosting shows.
