Self-defense class for Adults and Teens 6:30-8:30pm Feb 3/23 at Wailuku Dojo

Maui Ki Aikido will offer a special, 2-hour public self-defense workshop for adults and teens on Friday, February 3, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, at the Shunshinkan Dojo, 194 S Market, Wailuku.

The class teaches fundamentals of awareness and responding from a calm mind state, as well as some simple self-defense techniques.

The cost is $10, and no reservations are necessary. Registration is from 6:00 to 6:15 pm. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and slippers.
