4-week Introductory Ki-course for adults and teens 6:30-8:30pm Oct 2-23/23

Come and try Ki-Aikido for 4 Monday nights, October 2, 9, 16 and 23, from 6:30 to 8:30, at Maui Ki Aikido’s Shunshinkan Dojo, 194 South Market, Wailuku.  The course, taught by 5th dan instructor Fincher Sterling, under the direction of head instructor Tracy Reasoner, will introduce the basic principles of Ki-Aikido practice over the 4 sessions.  No uniform nor experience required.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing and slippers.
