Roots Reggae Family, The Lambsbread takes the stage at Aumakua Kava Lounge Friday Dec. 6th for a special full band performance to celebrate the new renovation and expansion of Paia?s latest music venue.
Aumakua Kava serves a variety of Kava mocktails, traditional Kava drinks, Kombucha, and Jun. Niu Life foods will also be serving Ulu Fries and ulu pies.
The Lambsbread was originally formed on Kauai and is internationally known for their original roots reggae music with numerous hits released over their career. Songs like "Feel the Vibes" and "Mountain Top" have long been staples on Maui radio as well hits in the reggae market internationally. The Lambsbread has collaborated with greats like Sizzla, Morgan Heritage, Anthony B, Micheal Rose, and more. The Lambsbread has 6 full length albums released with their latest album "Show Love" debuting in the top 5 of the US iTunes sales charts. A family of musicians the group has toured across Hawaii and the US playing numerous festivals and venues, and are seasoned veterans of the music with a tight sound and a dynamic stage presence. The Lambsbread will be performing a full set stacked with Maui's favorite hits, plus a special guest appearance from the youngest member of the family 10-year-old Ikaika Lion and an opening set from empress Nadia.
