Drop-in for a donation-based class on Sundays from 9-10 AM at South Maui Gardens in Kihei.

Enjoy a sound healing with crystal singing bowls, tune-in with breathwork, practice gentle yoga, and explore qigong movements. This class is suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.
