Join us on a meditative journey incorporating the spirit of the elements, movement & divine sound. This event will include a 30-minute flow of guided movement, and a 60-minute sound healing session.What to Expect: Embark on a unique healing experience led by Christina Felty and Paul Balmer of Shanti Sound Healing. Immerse yourself in the ethereal resonance of therapeutic vibrations to help reduce stress & anxiety and promote overall well-being. Experience a guided meditation and the harmonizing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal quartz singing bowls, drums and celestial-toned gongs, as you are spiritually swept away on a transcendent sound journey.

What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, pillow, shawl/blanket, and anything that may make you more comfortable during the session. Water, ice, & glassware provided at the venue.
Private Transportation: Relax and enjoy panoramic views as we transport you to our event deck nestled within the Maui Gold Pineapple farm. Check in at 2:45 PM at 883 Hali’imaile Road in Makawao.
