Spend the afternoon learning the art of building a gorgeous & delicious charcuterie platter! Annie from Aloha Moon Maui will guide students in selecting seasonal ingredients, pairing cheeses & charcuterie meats, and of course– making your plate look beautiful & appetizing. We’ll learn about some local & staple charcuterie ingredients, how to cut, fold, & prepare them in creative ways, and how to plate a masterpiece with a wow-factor!

Details: All Materials Provided: Students will be provided with all necessary materials to create their very own stunning tropical charcuterie platter.

BYOB: Attendees are invited to bring their favorite beverages to enjoy during the class. Beer and Wine are welcome. Water, ice, glassware, and wine openers will be provided at the venue.
