Full Moon Sound Journey with Shanti Sound Healing 5:30-7:30pm Jan 31

Join Christina and Paul for a transcendent sound meditation under the illuminating energy of the Full Moon. This sacred journey invites you to calm your nervous system, elevate your vibration and open your heart in gratitude. As the moon reaches her fullness, we honor the cycles of release, renewal, and letting go of what no longer serves us while giving thanks for the lessons and blessings that have shaped our path. Sacred Himalayan singing bowls, crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more will be used to sweep you away in addition to individual attention with the instruments. Bathe in healing sound frequencies & lunar light and emerge feeling balanced, clear and deeply connected.

 

If available please bring a mat/pad blanket pillow and eye mask. Mats and props are also available for use at the studio.
