In Hawaii, we call it No Dictators Day out of respect for the history in Hawaii of monarchies) Elsewhere it is called No Kings Day which is a series of nationwide, nonviolent protests in the U.S. designed to oppose perceived authoritarian actions, corruption, and policies of the Trump administration. The Indivisible organization is a nationwide grassroots movement founded in 2016 by former congressional staffers to resist authoritarianism and promote progressive policies in the U.S..
