E ho?olaule?a k?kou i ke kau pua! Celebrate the joy of spring at the annual Lei Day Heritage Festival event, hosted by the Maui Historical Society Hale H??ike?ike at the Bailey House. Dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Maui Nui, the Maui Historical Society brings the past to life through cultural exhibits, programs, and community celebrations rooted in Hawaiian culture.
This free 'ohana-friendly event features mele Hawaii, hula, and hands-on activities such as lei making, all set within the peaceful grounds of Maui’s oldest museum and most cherished historic sites. Guests can enjoy local food offerings and refreshing beverages while relaxing and taking in the performances and cultural demonstrations.
Seating will be available, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for kupuna and all generations. Join the community for a meaningful Lei Day filled with aloha, culture, and history.
