Meditation course at Aikido dojo offered 6:30-7:30pm June 3, 10, 17, 24

Maui Ki Aikido in Wailuku will offer "Aikido Meditation and Ki Breathing as the Key to Mind-Body Awareness," a four-week public course for adults and teens on all Wednesday evenings in June, starting June 3. The classes, at the Shunshinkan Dojo, 194 S. Market, Wailuku, are from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. The fee for the entire 4-week course is $40. No uniform nor prior experience is necessary.
