Reconnect with yourself through the transformative power of breath.
Join Nick and Paulina of Breath of Life Wellness for an immersive guided breathwork experience designed to calm the mind, release stress and tension, and cultivate a deeper connection to your body and well-being. Upon arrival, guests are invited to enjoy a sacred cacao ceremony featuring our Breath of Life cacao elixir, crafted in collaboration with Maui Mushrooms. Blending rich cacao with cordyceps and chaga, this grounding ritual offers a moment to set intentions and connect before the breathwork journey.
Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, guided meditation, music, and intentional reflection, guests are invited on a restorative journey of self-discovery, emotional wellness, and renewal. No prior breathwork or meditation experience is required. Simply come as you are and allow your breath to guide the experience.
Following the session, guests will enjoy a refreshing fresh-pressed juice shooter accompanied by seasonal fruit and house-made banana bread. Throughout the experience, our Po'e MÄlama team will provide chilled towels, water service, and lavender-infused eye pillows to enhance comfort and relaxation.
