Conscious Dance

Please join us for a 2hr. movement journey every Wednesday! The doors open at 5:30pm

We provide various guest movement facilitators and YOU BRING YOUR DANCE! 

MCDC is a non-profit collective dedicated to supporting and celebrating the authentic expression and evolution of our conscious dance community.
